Hands down the best car buying experience! I was shopping for a used EV online when I came across Southern California Preowned. The dealership is in Anaheim and I’m in Northern Nevada. I’m a very skeptical person and I was hesitant to not only purchase a car sight unseen, but also trade my existing car to them. Hector and Alexa were great! They answered all my questions and were very patient with me. Alexa even did a thorough FaceTime walkthrough of the car so I could examine the details of it for myself. The deal went through without a hitch! They sent my new vehicle to me on a car carrier and picked up my trade in (almost 500 miles away) for a beyond reasonable total price. The experience made me feel confident like I was purchasing a car from Amazon.com! The car I purchased arrived in excellent condition and is super fun to drive. I dealt with Michel Randazzo and Hector Torres. I couldn’t be happier. I bought a 2016 e-Golf from out of state because there were none for sale at a fair price in Nevada I am older and have dealt with a lot of dealers in my time and this is by far the best dealer I have ever done business with. Their advertised price was below book and included a $300 delivery fee. There was no bait and switch or add on fees. So the final price delivered to my front door was the advertised price plus $85 doc fee. (This is the lowest doc fee I have ever paid and a fraction of Nevada dealers doc fee.) The car I received was in excellent condition for a 3yr old car. I am extremely pleased with the ease of transaction and plan to buy my next car from them. Highly recommended.
